What can I do if I have an issue with my order?

You can cancel your order 48h after the payment, otherwise your order will be prepared within the next 3 to 7 days.

If you face difficulties during the process of you order, we recommend you to contact our customer service by email to let us help you the best we can.

 

How can I get a refund?

Once expedited, you will not be able to cancel your order.

However your can get a refund the next 10 days after the reception of your order only if the creation hasn’t been unpacked, worn and/or damaged. We invite you to cautiously read our refund policies.

 

How many time does it take to receive my order?

The shipping time may vary depending on the postal service.
In general: 

- Shipments to France metropolitan 2 to 7 days

- Shipment in Europe 6 to 10 days

- Shipment in the rest of the world 7 to 25 days (maybe more considering the current context)

eauddo’s creations are drawn and designed by Fabiola Oddo, designer and founder of the brand. All the creations are unique, that’s why there are small quantities. Buying our creations is a privileged experience.

Reproductions and copies will be followed by legal actions from our team.

 

How to choose my size?

We make sizes from 32 to 56 and more, before paying we will ask you more informations about your mensurations to give you a creation as perfect as possible.
